On a trolley: a shared bench and whoever is next to you in the shot.
Your ride is reserved. Meet your driver at your time and roll out with your group.
On a trolley: a boarding line in the same crowds you came to see past.
One pedicab, one group, one driver. Talk, laugh, ask questions, or ride along quietly and take it in.
On a trolley: one narration for everyone on board.
Three million white lights, the oldest streets in the country, and a seat with no one in front of it.
Every ride is a little different. Your driver chooses a custom route through the historic district based on real-time traffic so you spend more time enjoying the lights and less time sitting in congestion.
Slip down narrow streets where old coquina walls hold the glow, and balconies strung with lights drift past, close enough to reach.
Beneath the Plaza's live oaks, every branch becomes a constellation, with the city's Christmas tree shining at the heart of it all.
The air turns cool and salt-sweet off Matanzas Bay. The night opens wide above you, and the bayfront's glow trembles on the dark water.
The bridge rises over the bay in a long ribbon of light, its reflection drifting toward you across the dark water. Keep your camera close.

We had such a great time riding around St. Augustine with Michael! The city was absolutely beautiful and seeing everything from the pedicab made it even more special. Michael was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel personal. So much better than being packed onto a big trolley.
This was honestly one of our favorite parts of visiting St Augustine. Michael knows the city incredibly well and shared some interesting history along the way. The pedicab was such a fun way to experience the Christmas lights. Highly recommend!
My husband surprised me with a pedicab ride through the Nights of Lights and it was wonderful. There's something really romantic about riding through the old streets with all the lights overhead. Michael was a fantastic guide and gave us plenty of time to just enjoy the scenery. Such a lovely evening!
We've done the Nights of Lights trolley before and decided to try something different this year. So glad we did! Being in the pedicab was a completely different experience. No huge group, no loudspeaker, just a relaxing ride through the historic district. Michael was great!
If you're coming to see the Nights of Lights, I would definitely recommend doing it by pedicab. It's a much more intimate way to see the city and you can really appreciate the old buildings and decorations. Michael was super personable and knew so much about St Augustine.
Our kids absolutely loved riding in Michael's pedicab! They thought the whole thing was an adventure and couldn't stop talking about the lights. Michael was very patient with their endless questions. A really fun family memory.
We were amazed by how beautiful the city looked at night. Michael took us through some wonderful parts of the historic district and told us stories about St. Augustine along the way. Riding in the open air made it feel like we were actually part of the celebration instead of just watching it from a vehicle.
I was a little hesitant about spending money on a tour when we could technically walk around ourselves, but I'm glad we booked this. We saw so much more than we would have on foot and Michael made the experience really enjoyable. Would absolutely do it again.
Michael was awesome! Really friendly guy with a lot of knowledge about St. Augustine. We had a wonderful evening seeing the lights and learning a little about the history of the city. Highly recommend Old Florida Pedicabs.
We visited St Augustine for the first time during the holidays and the pedicab ride was definitely a highlight. Seeing all those little white lights against the historic buildings was beautiful. Michael was wonderful and made us feel like we were exploring the city with a local friend.
The downtown area was extremely crowded the night we visited, so being able to relax in the pedicab instead of navigating the sidewalks was fantastic. Michael was a very capable driver and made the ride feel comfortable despite all the activity. Such a nice experience.
We had three generations of family visiting St Augustine and wanted something everyone could enjoy. The pedicab was a hit! My parents appreciated not having to walk so much, and the kids loved looking at the lights. Michael was friendly and made the evening fun for everyone.
What I liked most was that this didn't feel like one of those scripted tourist attractions. Michael was easy to talk to and genuinely seemed to enjoy sharing his city with us. The lights were gorgeous, but the personal experience made it memorable.
St Augustine at Christmas is something everyone should experience at least once. Riding around in the pedicab with Michael was such a special way to see it. The little streets, the old buildings, the lights everywhere... just beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful evening!
We had an excellent experience with Michael. He was professional, funny, and very knowledgeable about the area. The pedicab was comfortable and we enjoyed being able to ask questions and chat along the way. Five stars!
We booked a pedicab ride on a whim while walking downtown and ended up having the best time. Michael showed us parts of the historic area we probably wouldn't have explored on our own. Really enjoyable and a great way to spend an evening.
It was colder than we expected but we still had a wonderful time! The lights were incredible and Michael kept things interesting with stories about the city. I'd recommend bringing a jacket since you're riding in the open air. Definitely worth it.
We wanted to see the lights but weren't interested in riding one of the big tour trolleys. This was exactly what we were looking for. It was peaceful, fun, and we could actually have a conversation with our guide. Michael was excellent and made the whole thing feel special.
I've visited St Augustine many times but had never toured it by pedicab before. What a difference! Being closer to the streets and buildings gives you an entirely different perspective. Michael was a great guide, and seeing everything lit up for Christmas made it even better.
We had such a lovely time with Michael! The ride was relaxing, the lights were beautiful, and we learned some interesting things about the city along the way. It was one of those experiences where everyone in our group was smiling the entire time. We'll definitely be back next Christmas!
Your driver is part host, part navigator. They know which blocks glow brightest, which streets are backing up tonight, and where to slow down for the photo you'll keep.
Michael, the owner of Old Florida Pedicabs, has been riding the streets of St. Augustine for six seasons. He knows the city by its side streets and its stories, and he loves sharing both. Guests say he's easy to talk to and patient with even the most curious kids. By the end of the ride, you'll feel like you've been exploring the city with a local friend.
KB may be a newcomer to the Nights of Lights, but he's well steeped in St. Augustine's local legends and lore. Ride with him and the old streets come alive with stories, so every corner has a tale to tell.
A little planning makes for a much more enjoyable evening.
